Brazil has rules. We started with them.
NF-e invoices, Pix payments, payroll, eSocial reporting, SPED bookkeeping and LGPD privacy at the core of one system. The map shows each state’s NF-e authorizer and contingency.

Where each invoice is authorized.
Every NF-e, Brazil’s e-invoice, goes through an authorizer: the state tax authority (SEFAZ) or a virtual environment acting for it. If it stops, contingency takes over.
Own SEFAZ
10 states authorize the NF-e at their own SEFAZ: AM, BA, GO, MG, MS, MT, PE, PR, RS and SP. The state’s tax department receives and authorizes each invoice.
SVRS
16 federative units, the Federal District among them, authorize the NF-e at the Rio Grande do Sul virtual SEFAZ (SVRS): an authorizer shared by the states that do not run their own.
National environment
Maranhão authorizes the NF-e at the national-environment virtual SEFAZ: the only state that authorizes there.
SVC-AN and SVC-RS
The two contingency environments. 19 federative units, the Federal District among them, fall back to SVC-AN; 8, to SVC-RS.

CBS, IBS and the selective tax
CBS and IBS in a test phase in 2026, under LC 214/2025. The tax engine already calculates both, Brazil’s new VAT pair, and the selective tax, alongside the current regimes: Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real and MEI.
Tax payment slips
DARF, DAS, GARE, GNRE, GPS, DAM and DAE-MEI generated, and ICMS-ST and DIFAL (state VAT rules) calculated, even in triangular operations.
e-CAC
The federal tax authority’s online mailbox, the renewal of the tax clearance certificate (CND) and PER/DCOMP offset requests, with the company’s certificate.

Money. Collect, pay, reconcile.
Collection by Pix and boleto (the bank payment slip), payments under four-eyes approval and statements checked line by line. What depends on your bank or provider is marked.

Pix
Collection by Pix, Brazil’s instant payments, tied to the customer’s invoice, through your company’s payment provider.
Pix Automático
Pix’s recurring mode: from the customer’s authorization to the recurring charge, with no boleto every month.
MED 2.0
Pix disputes through the Central Bank’s Special Return Mechanism, opened and tracked inside the collection itself.
Boleto and CNAB

Direct connections to Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander and Sicredi, and balances and statements through Open Finance Brasil, the country’s open banking, with the company’s credentials.
Four-eyes approval

Customer service (SAC)
Customer-service scoreboard under Decreto 11.034, with 18 indicators and a 30-day forecast.
Public channels
Reclame Aqui, Consumidor.gov.br and Procon, Brazil’s public consumer-complaint channels, in the same service queue, with each channel’s credentials.
What implementation switches on.
Some rules depend on credentials only your company holds. They come in at implementation, one by one, and until then they are marked.
Digital certificate
The company’s ICP-Brasil certificate signs the invoices and the eSocial events.
Accreditation by state
Each state where the company issues invoices approves the issuer before the first authorized invoice.
Payment provider
The company’s Pix provider switches on collection, Pix Automático and MED 2.0.
Banks
Each bank’s credentials and the Open Finance consent bring in balances and statements.
Built for Brazil. Not adapted to it.
We show you Nexus Lume with your company’s rules: the states where it issues invoices, the bank it uses, the payroll it runs.
