What Treasury does

  1. FP&A & Treasury · Cash

    Today’s cash, and tomorrow’s.

Each bank account’s balance, expected inflows and outflows and the cash forecast for the coming periods, on a single screen.

Direct bank connections and Open Finance, Brazil’s open banking, are switched on at implementation, with your company’s credentials.

  2. Accounts · Payables

Whoever enters a bill can’t approve it.

Payables with each bill’s invoice, due date and status. Approval always comes from someone else, and a payment above a threshold asks the approver for a recent MFA check.

Payment by Pix, Brazil’s instant payments, goes out through your company’s bank, connected at implementation.

  3. Accounting · Period Close

The month closes with two signatures.

Double entry in the journal, the bank statement reconciled line by line and a close with dual approval: the controller starts it, the CFO signs off on it. A closed period takes no entries.

How the products talk

Common questions

Do I need other products to use Treasury?

No. Treasury works on its own, and TIZ comes included. With Compliance active, a counterparty found on a sanctions list opens a risk there.

Does Treasury move money on its own?

No. Every payment is approved by someone other than the person who prepared it, with a recent MFA check above a threshold. Pix goes out through your company’s bank, connected at implementation.

Which banks does Treasury connect to?

Direct connections with Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander and Sicredi are switched on at implementation, with your company’s credentials. Open Finance Brasil comes in via Belvo, and statements also arrive as OFX files.

Does the income statement depend on exporting to another system?

No. Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow come from the entries in Treasury’s own ledger, with the IFRS 18 subtotals. The Reports module also produces the Lei do Bem report from the entries.

Is the Treasury Copilot generative AI?

No. It takes the question to Treasury’s own engines, such as cash, the income statement and the cap table, only reads the data and shows where each answer came from.

Can I bring over the finance data from the system I use today?

Yes. The importers bring customers, suppliers, invoices, payables, opening balances and the chart of accounts from Omie, Conta Azul, Nibo, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet.

Where is financial data stored?

In São Paulo, isolated per company in the database, with personal data encrypted field by field. Individual and company tax IDs (CPF, CNPJ), Pix keys and addresses stay out of the events between products.

One whole company. One system.
