Privacy policy

What this site keeps, for how long, and how you ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion.

In effect since

In short

  • No cookies

    This site sets no cookies, and nothing it keeps in your browser identifies you.

  • No third parties

    Everything this site loads comes from nexuslume.ai itself: no analytics, no third-party content.

  • Demo requests

    We use the form’s data only to answer your request. Marketing, only with your consent.

  • Your rights

    Access, correction, deletion and the other guarantees of the LGPD, Brazil’s data-protection law, whenever you want.

Who is responsible for your data

Nexus Lume is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, nexuslume.ai.

This policy covers the site only. A company’s use of the Nexus Lume platform follows the contract signed with it. The law that guides us is Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, the LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018).

When you browse

This site sets no cookies. Everything this site loads comes from nexuslume.ai itself: no analytics, no third-party content.

To remember simple choices during your visit, the site uses 3 session storage entries in your browser, which never leave it and disappear when the tab closes:

lume-lang-dismissed
You closed the language suggestion or switched languages; it doesn’t come back in this tab.
nx-mosaic-intro
The home page mosaic has already played its opening; it shows the assembled view.
nx-constellation-intro
The product constellation has already lit up; it shows the lit view.

None of them identifies you. If your browser blocks this storage, the site works just the same.

On arrival, the site reads your device’s time zone in your browser (or, if the time zone names no country, the browser’s language) only to open in your country’s language; none of this leaves your device or is stored.

Server logs

The site’s server records each request: network address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser. We use these logs only to keep the site running, investigate failures and protect the site from abuse.

The legal bases are compliance with a legal obligation (Article 7, II, of the LGPD), because the Marco Civil da Internet, Brazil’s internet rights framework (Lei 12.965/2014), requires access logs to be kept, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 7, IX).

We keep the logs for the period the Marco Civil da Internet sets, then delete them.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, the form asks for your name, work e-mail, company and company size. Job title, phone, the products you want to see and what you want to solve are optional.

Today the form sends nothing on its own: it prepares the request and you send it by e-mail yourself. Until you send it, nothing reaches us.

We use this data to reply, set up the conversation, run the demo and, if it makes sense, send a proposal. Demo requests are processed under Article 7, V, of the LGPD: steps prior to a contract, at the data subject’s request. We send no marketing communications without your consent.

We keep the request while the sales conversation is open. If it doesn’t lead to a contract, we delete the request when the conversation ends, or sooner if you ask.

Request the demo with your own data, and don’t include other people’s personal data in the message.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell or rent personal data. It stays with our team and with the suppliers that run the site’s hosting and e-mail on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes of this policy.

We also hand over data when the law or an order from a competent authority requires it.

How long we keep data

Session notes
Until you close the tab.
Server logs
For the period the Marco Civil da Internet sets; then deleted.
Demo request
While the sales conversation is open, or until you ask for its deletion.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right, at any time, to:

  • know whether we process your data, and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • ask for unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law, to be anonymized, blocked or deleted;
  • have your data ported to another provider;
  • know who we share your data with;
  • object to processing that breaches the law;
  • lodge a complaint with the ANPD, Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority.

To exercise any of them, write to privacidade@nexuslume.ai. The Nexus Lume e-mail channel opens soon.

How we protect data

The site answers over HTTPS only, and browsers are told never to use an unencrypted connection.

The site has no login area, and the demo form stores nothing on our servers.
