Each cube reads a product only when your company holds both the Data & AI license and that product’s, and switches on the link between them.

Every table bound to your company.
The lakehouse catalog lists the company’s tables with database, schema, rows and size. Every transaction is bound to a single company; if the binding fails, the request stops.

Bring over what the old system holds.
The importers read Omie, Conta Azul, Nibo, QuickBooks and spreadsheets, and bring customers, suppliers, invoices, payables, opening balances and the chart of accounts. Every import counts the rows it read from the file.

AI assistants, API and workflows already appear in the menu, but stay out of production until they store data durably, isolate each company and record every operation. The screen says so, and simulates nothing.

Does Data & AI have AI assistants yet?
Not in production yet. Assistants, API and workflows are coming soon: they go live only when they store data durably, isolate each company and record every operation.
Which products does BI read its numbers from?
Today, Commercial’s recurring revenue, Treasury’s cash and People’s headcount. Each cube requires both licenses and the link your company switches on; without them, it stays empty.
Can I bring over the data from the system I use today?
The financial data, yes. The importers bring customers, suppliers, invoices, payables, opening balances and the chart of accounts from Omie, Conta Azul, Nibo, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet.
Who controls access to the data?
Your company. Every Data & AI route requires the active license, every transaction is bound to a single company, and the directory shows who has access, with role and last access.
Where does the company’s AI policy live?
In Compliance. Every AI use goes through your company’s policy: enablement per capability, a monthly cost cap and automatic shutdown if accuracy drops.
Where is the data stored?
In São Paulo, with each company isolated from the others by the database itself.
