What Operations does

  1. Projects · Goals / OKRs

Every goal with a target and progress.

Projects, tasks on a board, sprints and dependencies, tied to the goals they move. Each goal shows its target, current value and progress; each project, what is open and what is late.

Grupo Vértice’s goals and OKRs with objectives, completed items, average progress and each objective’s progress bar.

  2. Time & Resources · Allocations

    Nobody booked beyond capacity.

Each person’s weekly capacity, bookings per project and a heat map of the weeks ahead. A booking that would add up to more than 100% of capacity on any day is refused.

With People active, every new hire arrives here as an available person.

Grupo Vértice’s allocations with each person’s planned utilization by week, as a heat map, and the bookings per project.

  3. Time & Resources · People & Skills

Who does what, under which contract.

Employed under the CLT, Brazil’s labor code, contracted as a PJ (through their own company) or MEI (sole trader), intern or freelancer: each person with their employment type, weekly capacity and skills. The disability hiring quota of Lei 8.213/1991 is computed from here, over CLT employees only.

  4. Time & Resources · Timesheets

    Hours logged, hours approved.

Timer or manual entry, the weekly timesheet by project and submission for approval. Once approved or billed, an hour no longer changes.

Grupo Vértice’s weekly timesheet by project, submitted for approval, with the week’s total.

The time clock labor inspectors check.

A time clock under Portaria 671, files in the official layout, a time bank under the CLT and the disability quota counted over CLT employees.

  • Punches that cannot be erased

Every punch is append-only, numbered by NSR on each clock, with a receipt for the worker.

  • AFD and AEJ

The files labor inspectors ask for, generated in the Labor Ministry’s official layout.

  • Time bank and night-shift hours

Time-bank credits, debits and expiry, and the shorter legal night hour the CLT sets for night work, computed under the CLT.

  • Irregular punches

A clock that goes back in time, a duplicate punch and a forgotten clock-out show up before the period closes.

  • Disability quota

The Lei 8.213/1991 quota computed over CLT employees; PJ, MEI, interns and freelancers stay out of the count.

How the products talk

Common questions

Do I need People to use Operations?

No. Operations works without the other products, and TIZ comes included. With People active, every hire becomes a person available for allocation, and every termination takes the person out of the allocations.

Does the time clock follow Portaria 671?

It does. Punches are append-only, numbered by NSR on each clock, with a receipt for the worker, and the platform generates the AFD and AEJ files in the official layout. The time bank and night-shift hours are computed under the CLT.

How does allocation prevent overload?

Each person has their own weekly capacity. A booking that, on any day, would add up to more than 100% of capacity is refused on the spot.

Can an approved hour still be changed?

No. Once approved, an hour becomes editable again only if an approver reverses the approval. Once billed, not even then.

Can a locked document be replaced?

No. Every version gets a number and a hash of its content. A locked document accepts no new version, edit or deletion; reading stays open.

Where is the data stored?

In São Paulo, isolated per company in the database. Every audit record carries a SHA-256 hash to check whether it was altered.

One whole company. One system.
