Too many systems already. One is missing.

CRM in one place, payroll in another, finance on a third screen. In between, spreadsheets and integrations that someone has to watch.

  • Every order gets typed twice.
  • The month-end close waits for a spreadsheet.
  • No one sees the whole company at once.

Nexus Lume is the missing one. Every product in the same system and the same database.

7 products already talk to each other.

Only the events that already take effect in the receiving product appear here. Pick a product to see what it sends and receives.

CPF, CNPJ, phone, Pix key and address stay out of events between products.

Events between the products

  • Marketing → Commercial: A captured lead becomes a CRM lead, with no retyping
  • Support → Commercial: A ticket becomes a note on the opportunity and counts toward customer health
  • Commercial → Support: Churn risk raises the priority of the customer’s tickets
  • People → Operations: A hire becomes an available person in Operations
  • People → Compliance: A work-accident report (CAT) becomes a health and safety risk
  • Treasury → Compliance: A counterparty on a sanctions list becomes a risk in Compliance

One customer. One story.

From the first click to after-sales, each product takes care of one part of the story, on the same database.
