About these terms
This site is maintained by Nexus Lume.
By using nexuslume.ai, you accept these terms. They cover the site only: use of the Nexus Lume platform follows the proposal and the contract signed with each company.
What the site offers
Information about Nexus Lume and its products, screens from the platform, the company film and the demo request. You don’t need to sign up to use the site.
The screens and Grupo Vértice
The screens shown are real captures of the platform, filled with Grupo Vértice, a fictional company. The names, figures and documents in them are illustrative and describe no real company or person.
Information, not an offer
The site’s content describes the product as it is today and may change without notice. Levels, conditions and pricing apply only when they are in a commercial proposal or a signed contract.
An item marked “at implementation” depends on your company’s certificates, credentials or regulatory approvals. An item marked “coming soon” is not yet in production.
What you may do
- read the site, share its links and quote short excerpts, with the source;
- request a demo, with your own data;
- watch the film and read its transcript.
And what you may not:
- copy the site, the screens or the film, in whole or in part, for commercial use;
- suggest a partnership, sponsorship or relationship with Nexus Lume that does not exist;
- try to reach restricted areas, get around the site’s protections or overload it;
- collect the content in bulk with bots, beyond what the robots.txt file allows;
- send false requests, or requests in someone else’s name.

Brand and content
The Nexus Lume brand, the lantern, the site’s design, its texts, the screens and the film belong to Nexus Lume or are used under license, and are protected under Brazilian law: Lei 9.610/1998 (copyright) and Lei 9.279/1996 (industrial property). Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site up and accurate, but it may be unavailable, change or contain errors. The site is for information: licensing decisions rest on the demo, the proposal and the contract.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from being unable to use it.
Privacy
What the site does with personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, dated at the top, is the one that applies.
