  2. Planning & production · Procurement

Buy on quotes, not on hunches.

Requests for quotation with every supplier’s bid, the award and a supplier scorecard. The demand forecast suggests what to replenish, and a person approves or rejects every proposal.

The Mercado Livre and Magalu marketplaces connect at implementation, with each store’s token. Freight quotes from carriers are coming soon.

On the same base as the other products.

For now, no Supply event changes another product. It already works on the same database as all the others.

Only events that already take effect in the receiving product appear here. CPF, CNPJ, phone, Pix key and address stay out of events between products.

How the products talk

Common questions

Do I need other products to use Supply?

No. Supply works on its own, and TIZ comes included. It runs on the same database as the other products.

Does Supply issue the NFC-e?

It builds the NFC-e access key and XML inside the product. Signing and transmission to SEFAZ use your company’s certificate and are switched on at implementation.

Do Mercado Livre and Magalu orders come in?

Yes, with each store’s token, connected at implementation: listings, stock, orders and payouts. Freight quotes from carriers are coming soon.

How does replenishment work?

The demand forecast produces replenishment proposals, and a person approves or rejects each one. The dashboard shows the period’s proposals and each supplier’s on-time delivery.

Does Supply track lots, serials and expiry dates?

Yes. Every lot has a serial, an expiry date and a quality-control record, and the list shows what expires within a window of days.

Where is inventory data stored?

In São Paulo, with each company isolated from the others, row by row, by the database itself.
