What holds retail back.

The pain points as the store puts them, and what Nexus Lume does about each one today.

  1. The till never balances at closing.

    Supply · POS

Point of sale with till opening and closing, and the difference between counted and expected cash recorded. Every sale keeps how it was paid: cash, card, Pix (Brazil’s instant payments), gift card or points.

  2. The NFC-e is one more system at the counter.

    Supply · NFC-e

Every POS sale reserves the NFC-e number at the terminal, and the platform composes the access key and the XML. Authorization by SEFAZ, the state tax authority, is switched on at implementation.

    at implementation
  3. The marketplace sells what the stock doesn’t have.

    Supply · Marketplaces

Mercado Livre and Magalu: listings, stock, orders and payouts, with each store’s token connected at implementation.

    at implementation
  4. The complaint shows up on Reclame Aqui first.

    Support · Inbox

Reclame Aqui, Consumidor.gov.br and Procon, Brazil’s public complaint channels, enter the same Support queue as chat, e-mail and WhatsApp, with each channel’s credentials.

    at implementation
  5. Returns with no deadline and no control.

    Supply · Returns

For returns of off-premises purchases, the 7-day cooling-off period of Brazil’s Consumer Code is computed when the return opens. Authorization, receipt and refund are recorded.

Freight quotes and tracking with Correios (Brazil’s postal service), Jadlog and Loggi are coming soon, as are a point of sale that sells offline and card-terminal integration.

  2. Support · Inbox

  3. Commercial · Collections

Pix and boleto, side by side.

In corporate sales, collection lives in Commercial: what is overdue, the age of each receivable and the split between Pix and boleto (the bank payment slip), issued by your company’s payment provider.
